How to register

To register for the conference, complete the online registration form here and submit. Details on the registration fees, terms and accommodation is provided below. After you completed your online registration, it will be possible to access the on-line form again. Changes and special requests not visible on the online form can also be made by requesting them by contacting the conference office email at icsob2010[a]confedent.fi.

Registration for the conference

The registration fees for ICSOB 2010 conference are:

Early Registration Fee (by March 30, 2010)	375.00 €
Regular Fee (from March 30, 2010)	425.00 €

The fees cover participation in all sessions, conference material, lunches and coffee or tea during the breaks as given in the program, the Get-together evening and boat tour with dinner.

If registration on-line is not possible, please contact the conference office by email at icsob2010[a]confedent.fi or by fax (+358-20-748-1829) to receive instructions for registering and a pdf-registration form. Email registrations with insufficient registration data are not accepted as registrations.

Payment

The conference fees must be fully paid in euros on-line by SSL secured credit card payment or using internet bank when registering or by requesting an invoice when registering. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard. More detailed information on payment is given on the online registration forms.

Terms of Cancellation

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference office at icsob2010[a]confedent.fi. For written cancellations received by April 30, 2010 there is a administrative charge of 80 €. If cancellation is made later than April 30, 2010 there is no refund on the fees.

Hotels and Rates

The conference office has pre-booked accommodation in the hotels most suitably located to the conference site. Rates negotiated for the conference will be offered to participants making reservations in connection with their conference registration. Chosen as the conference hotel, Hotel Alba is situated next to our conference site on the Mattilanniemi Campus of University of Jyväskylä, only a few steps away from the hotel door. The other pre-booked accommodation option for the conference is Sokos Hotel Alexandra in the city centre.

Hotel Alba

Hotel Alba is located in a beautiful area by the Jyväsjärvi lake in Mattilanniemi, only 1,5 km away from the city centre. Hotel Alba offers a highly appreciated a la carte restaurant, a sunny terrace on the lake, functional meeting facilities and a sauna section. The premises have either a beautiful view over the lake or to a peaceful park. The newest section of the hotel was built 2007 and all rooms have been renovated.

Hotel Alexandra

Sokos Hotel Alexandra is centrally located high-class hotel in the city centre, opposite the public transportation interchange. The refurnished hotel features modern rooms, good meeting facilities and an inviting restaurants. The nearby town centre offers much to see and experience.

Single room (Standard)	104.00 €
Twin room	62.00 € / per person

The accommodation is to be paid in advance together with the conference fees to the organizers. NOTE! To benefit of our pre-negotiated hotel rates, please make sure to book your accommodation at the same time when you register, either online through the congress website or by e-mail to the conference office.

Terms of Cancellation

Any changes in the reservation or cancellations of the reservation must be notified in writing to the conference office. If cancellation takes place later than 14 days before the given arrival date there is no refund on the reservation.
